Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms.

- Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key insights.
- Support the media relations team by drafting and distributing press releases and media advisories.
- Assist in the coordination of media events and press conferences.
- Monitor media coverage related to the organization and its initiatives.




- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and media communication channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital communication, or public relations.
- Proven ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Spanish.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of media relations principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas media and digital landscape is a plus.
