About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of innovative retail solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join their team in Puebla, Puebla, MX. This role is integral to expanding our market presence within the retail sector by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The adecuado candidate possesses a keen understanding of the retail landscape, excellent networking skills, and a proven ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector, focusing on potential clients and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing,



and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts with new clients and partners.
- Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, specifically within the retail industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the retail market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities in Mexico.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and partners at various levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute effective plans.
- Based in or able to commute regularly to Puebla, Puebla, MX.
