Work Model and Location

Work Model: Hybrid Location: Mexico , Colombia and Brazil

Main Responsibilities

- Design AI training programs for general teams.
- Develop learning content and communications.
- Support AI literacy programs for all of GSM.
- Track adoption metrics.
- Partner with AI Ambassadors.
- Facilitate office hours and training events.
- Gather user feedback.
- Support rollout execution.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree.
- 3 or more years of experience in Learning amp; Development, Enablement, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Strong facilitation, presentation.
- Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs.
- Simplify technical concepts and make them practical for business users.
- Experience with AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Salesforce, change management,



or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
