About the Role

Our client, a premier management consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Operational Processes and Efficiency Consultant to join their team, serving clients primarily in Saltillo, Coahuila. This role is essential for optimizing business operations, driving productivity, and enhancing the overall performance of our clients. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed assessments of clients' existing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and track the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Collaborate closely with client operational teams to ensure smooth implementation and sustained adoption of new processes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client staff on process improvement techniques and tools.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for automation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or operations management.
- Proven experience applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing projects and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools for process mapping and data analysis.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong self-discipline and time management.
