About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Especialista en Comunicación Corporativa y Asuntos Públicos to join their esteemed organization in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua . This crucial role will focus on managing corporate communications, building relationships with government entities and community stakeholders, and advocating for the company's interests. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of public policy, regulatory environments, and effective communication strategies to influence public opinion and policy outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communication plans that support the company's business objectives and enhance its reputation within the community and with policymakers. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies, including internal and external communications.
- Manage relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and community leaders.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the company and industry.
- Develop position papers, policy briefs, and advocacy materials.
- Represent the company in public forums, industry associations, and community events.
- Manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and communications.
- Support crisis communication efforts related to public policy or community issues.




- Collaborate with legal, government affairs, and business units to ensure aligned strategies.
- Prepare executives for public appearances and media engagements on policy matters.
- Analyze public sentiment and stakeholder feedback to inform strategy.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, government relations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful public affairs and communication strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mexican political and regulatory landscape, particularly relevant to Chihuahua .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in crisis communication and issue management.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex issues into clear messages.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
