Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and services.
- Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, email marketing, and website blogs.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion rates using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.




- Monitor online reputation and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across digital channels.
- Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign messaging.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to the real estate industry.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience of 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and online sales funnels.
- Demonstrable experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience within the real estate sector is highly desirable.
