Key Responsibilities

Assist in the research and analysis of communication trends, audience insights, and competitor activities. Support the development of strategic communication plans and key messaging frameworks. Draft and edit various communication materials, including presentations, reports, internal memos, and external statements. Collect and analyze data on communication campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Monitor media coverage and social media conversations relevant to the company and its industry. Assist in the coordination of communication initiatives and projects.



Help maintain and update communication databases and contact lists. Conduct background research for executive communications and public appearances. Ensure all communication materials are accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and legally compliant. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure alignment on communication efforts.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar analytical role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with strong editing and proofreading abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information. Familiarity with communication principles and best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with social media monitoring tools is a plus.
