ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Developing and maintaining custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other
- Designing and building high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
- Writing unit tests and Apex test classes to ensure code coverage and quality.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Creating technical documentation for applications and processes.
- Creating and maintaining integrations with other systems using web services and APIs.
- Participating in deployment planning and execution for applications.
- Identifying and implementing performance improvements in Salesforce solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Training:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science,



business administration, information systems or related, or equivalent work experience with applicable associate’s degree

Related Experience/Requirements:

3+ years of in-depth, hands‑on Apex development experience.

2+ years of configuration and administration experience in Salesforce.

5+ years of IT experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

SAP-Salesforce integration experience is an added advantage

Excellent relationship‑building skills with a cross section of technology and business users

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
