About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Arquitecto de Proyectos de Edificación to manage and oversee the design and construction of various building projects in Torreón, Coahuila . This role requires a professional with a solid understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and project management principles. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire lifecycle of building projects, from concept design to final handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Requirements

- Proficiency in architectural design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Coahuila .
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
