About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Project Management Specialist to oversee the deployment and enhancement of network infrastructure projects. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless operation and scalability of our IT systems. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to implementation and post-deployment support. This is an on-site position based in the vibrant city of Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, MX , offering the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative and technologically advanced environment. The idóneo candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, networking protocols, and project management best practices. You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects that meet high standards of performance, security, and reliability. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize IT infrastructure projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Acquire and manage project resources, including personnel, technical equipment, and software. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.



Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on network infrastructure. Solid understanding of network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls). Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, PMP) are a strong asset.
