About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Técnico de Instalaciones Mecánicas para Líneas de Producción to join their operational team in Chihuahua, Chihuahua . This position is fundamental to the setup, assembly, and initial operationalization of new production lines and machinery, ensuring they function efficiently and safely. The idóneo candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with industrial equipment installation, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble, install, and set up mechanical components and equipment for new production lines.
- Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Perform precise alignment and fitting of machinery parts.
- Connect and adjust mechanical systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Conduct initial operational checks and testing of installed equipment.
- Identify and resolve mechanical installation issues promptly.
- Ensure all installations adhere to safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures.




- Assist in troubleshooting and fine-tuning machinery after initial installation.

Requirements

- Proven experience in mechanical installation, assembly, or maintenance of industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and components (e.g., gears, bearings, belts, pumps).
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Understanding of safety procedures in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in mechanics or a related field is preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks accurately and on time.
