The Company is looking for a Business Outsourcing Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead our accounting and payroll outsourcing team and support the growth of the services. Manage client portfolios and ensure accurate, timely delivery. Oversee accounting, management reporting and payroll services. Lead, coach and develop the team. Improve workflows through technology and automation. Build client relationships and support business development.
Requirements
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or equivalent.
- At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting or outsourcing practice.
- Experience managing teams and client portfolios.
- Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with Malaysian payroll requirements.
- Good communication, leadership and commercial skills.
