About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze 5G network performance metrics, KPIs, and user experience data.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, coverage gaps, and capacity limitations in the RAN and core network.
- Develop and implement optimization plans for 5G parameters, features, and configurations.
- Conduct drive tests and post-processing analysis to evaluate network performance in various scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance issues.
- Collaborate with network planning, engineering, and operations teams to implement optimized network solutions.
- Stay current with 5G technology advancements, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.




- Utilize advanced tools for network analysis, simulation, and optimization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile network optimization, with a strong focus on 5G.
- In-depth knowledge of 5G NR, RAN architecture, protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Hands-on experience with network optimization tools and post-processing software (e.g., Atoll, Nemo, TEMS).
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of RF principles and propagation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, essential for remote teamwork.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with cloud-native network functions (CNFs) and virtualization is a plus.
