This hands-on role requires independent management of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance as the organization grows.
You will own regular and off-cycle U.S. payroll in Rippling, validate hires and terminations, reconcile contractor payments, and coordinate payroll processing through EOR partners.
