New Maquiladora in Mexicali:

This Finance position is directly involved incost accounting and collaborates with plant management to ensure reliableproduct costing, while supporting theaccounting close process, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

A solid background in general accounting is required to provide support to the accounting team.

Key responsibilities include:

Cost accounting and standard costing;
Analysis of manufacturing variances and support for Operations
Inventory accounting, valuation, and control;
Accounting close, financial reporting, and planning;
Capital investments and business analysis;
Plant start-ups, production transfers,
Odoo implementation;
Internal controls, compliance, and audits;

and the coordination of activities and continuous improvement.
Experiencia y requisitos
Requirements:

Proficiency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written),
Ability to travel regularly between Mexicali and Anaheim.VISA,



PASSPORT
Proven experience instandard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, cost of goods sold (COGS), budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis.
Understanding ofmanufacturing processes, bills of materials, routings, work centers, production orders, overhead allocation, labor rates, and machine rates.
At least5 years of experience in manufacturing, maquiladoras cost accounting, inventory accounting, or plant finance, including direct experience with general accounting and month-end closing processes.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with a solid foundation in accounting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or a comparable manufacturing ERP.
