DESCRIPTION
Manage Fleet operations, maintenance and repair processes
Coordinate insurance claims, accidents, and vehicle damages
Ability to manage relationships with dealerships, repair shops, and service providers
Validate repair quotations and controlling maintenance costs
Track record of monitoring and ensuring completion of vehicle services and repairs
Customer service
Provide timely status updates and support to fleet users
Report, tracking fleet incidents, and analyze vehicle service data
Problem-solving
REQUIREMENTS




Desire experience collaborating with automotive dealerships (Dealers) to coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, warranty claims, and service-related activities
Basic understanding of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance requirements and repair processes, enabling effective evaluation of service needs and repair proposals
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, service providers, and aftermarket partners to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle support
Experience reviewing repair estimates, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with established servicestandards
Customer-focused professional with excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders in the automotive industry
Driver license
Fluent English
