Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a SMT Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager the SMT Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining SMT manufacturing processes to achieve world-class quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Test, and Engineering teams to drive process improvements, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and support new product introductions in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
What a typical day looks like: Supervise technical activities in SMT processes and coordinate the team.
Develop, optimize, and sustain SMT manufacturing processes.
Create and maintain equipment programs for DEK, SPI, AOI, Pick
