We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Infrastructure & Operations initiatives across cloud, infrastructure, security, system integrations, and operational readiness projects. This role combines traditional project management with Agile delivery practices, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery of critical technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and operations projects from initiation through closure.

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, budgets, and governance activities.

Coordinate delivery across infrastructure, cloud, security, architecture, operations, business teams, and external vendors.

Facilitate project status reviews, decision-making forums, and executive communications.

Support Agile delivery by facilitating sprint ceremonies and maintaining project visibility within Jira.

Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers impacting project outcomes.

Drive operational readiness, implementation planning, and post-deployment activities.

Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management.





Proven experience delivering Infrastructure & Operations, Cloud, Infrastructure Modernization, or System Integration projects.

Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and Jira.

Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

Experience managing cross-functional IT teams in a global environment.

Excellent communication and executive reporting abilities.

Solid understanding of infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, and IT operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Experience leading cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or operational readiness initiatives.
