Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Procurement Specialist to support material availability and purchasing operations across multiple manufacturing plants in the United States.
This role will manage raw-material procurement activities, purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and risk escalations to help ensure uninterrupted production and on-time material delivery.
The successful candidate will use Oracle MRP to monitor material coverage, identify potential shortages, assess supply risk, and coordinate timely actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Experience/Skills Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in procurement,



purchasing, material planning, supply chain, or supplier management within a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders in the United States.

Experience using Oracle MRP or a comparable ERP/MRP system to manage demand, material coverage, purchase orders, and supply risk.
Knowledge of procurement processes, raw-material purchasing, supplier follow-up, and purchase-order management.
Familiarity with imports, exports, customs processes, and international logistics.
Experience in rotating equipment, metal-mechanical manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or a similarly technical industrial environment is preferred.
Strong sense of urgency, proactive problem-solving approach, communication skills, adaptability, and ability to escalate issues effectively.
