Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Guadalajara FBC Toluquilla.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager , the Supply Chain Analyst's role involves: What a typical day looks like: Analyze and resolve material, supplier, invoice, and payment-related issues.
Monitor supply chain risks and support actions to prevent production or shipment interruptions.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution.
Support payment planning, invoice reconciliation, and supplier account reviews.
Generate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and executive summaries.
Lead supplier escalations and facilitate cross-functional meetings.




Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
The experience we're looking to add to our team: Advanced English.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or related field.
Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Manufacturing Operations.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Baan, or equivalent.
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
