We're looking for someone who owns the results.Someone who plans ahead, anticipates challenges, drives accountability, and turns complex recruitment projects into consistent, high-quality outcomes.Why Omkara?Lead and develop a team of four recruitment executives across management, director, executive, specialized and technology searches.Collaborate closely with executive leadership and clients across national and international markets.Influence how recruitment projects are planned, measured and delivered—from intake to placement and guarantee follow-up.Build smarter operations by applying AI, automation, dashboards and continuous improvement.Make a tangible impact in a boutique talent consulting firm where quality and execution matter.What will you do?Own end-to-end recruitment delivery: prioritize searches, distribute workloads, define milestones and ensure commitments are met.Run structured weekly planning and Quick Wins, daily follow-ups and performance reviews.Anticipate bottlenecks, intervene in at-risk searches and deliver corrective action plans before deadlines are missed.Review intake, sourcing strategies, interviews, assessments, finalist reports, references and candidate files to protect the Omkara quality standard.Coach and develop recruiters through 1:1s, calibration sessions, feedback and clear accountability.Monitor KPIs, SLAs, client experience,
