Eightx is looking for a Founder Content Strategist / Operator to help turn our founder’s ideas, calls, frameworks and opinions into a high-volume organic content engine.This is not a social media manager role.You will be responsible for finding great ideas, shaping them into content, helping produce them, and making sure they actually get published.What you’ll do Mine sales calls, client calls, podcasts, meetings and existing videos for strong ideasIdentify hooks, stories, objections, frameworks and customer language worth turning into contentWrite short-form video scripts in the founder’s voiceCreate simple visuals, diagrams and frameworks that can be drawn or explained on cameraEdit short-form videosPull clips from longer videos and conversationsTurn videos into LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, carousels and written contentWrite blog posts and longer-form contentMaintain the content calendar and publishing cadenceMake sure Instagram content goes out consistentlyPublish and manage LinkedIn contentReview what is working and use those learnings to shape future contentMaintain a backlog of strong ideas and ready-to-record scriptsGive feedback on hooks, pacing, delivery, structure and video qualityCoordinate contractors where more advanced editing or design is neededWhat we’re looking forYou are someone who can listen to a 45-minute conversation and immediately recognize:“That sentence should be a video.”You have:Excellent writing skillsStrong editorial judgmentGreat instincts for hooks and storytellingExperience with short-form videoVideo editing abilityStrong understanding of Instagram and LinkedInThe ability to write naturally in someone else’s voiceGood visual instinctsStrong organizational skillsThe ability to take rough ideas and turn them into finished contentAn interest in business, entrepreneurship,
