OCM Consultant: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Coordinate on-site OCM activities, including stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations. Support on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities to ensure smooth adoption. Translate OCM materials accurately from English to Spanish. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and supervisors on-site to drive change initiatives. Your Profile (Requirements) Consultant or Senior Consultant level professional with solid experience (up to 8-12 years). Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) specifically tied to

SAP

or

S/4HANA

implementations. Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. High-Performance Mindset:

Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA:

A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. Languages Advanced Oral English:
