• Represent the Department of Materials at the meetings with the areas that require .
• Proposal development to improve productivity .
• Improvement Project Development .
• Lead department improvements and projects .
• Suggests annual department objectives .
• High complexity task-projects .
• High performance expectation .
• Coordinates activities of people who are not direct or indirect subordinates .
• Negotiations within and outside the company, impacts the department or other areas .
• Mature-Senior employee supervision .
• Formal teams .
