We're looking for a

Senior Software Engineer (Python + AI)

to join an industry-leading company that builds management software for health and wellness professionals. Their platform helps practitioners run their businesses with ease through features like AutoPay, online booking, Telehealth, and customizable documentation — all in one secure, smart, and simple tool.

You'll play a key role in building the systems and tools that power their AI and ML capabilities — designing scalable, reliable solutions and contributing to the

technical vision

of the ML Platform. This role blends creative problem-solving with hands-on development and close collaboration with Product, AI, and Engineering teams.

This is a

full-time hybrid position

for candidates based in

Mexico City , with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week. Salary:

7+ years of experience as a

Software Engineer (Senior level) Strong proficiency in

Python Excellent communication skills in English

Machine Learning

or

LLMs ,



including end-to-end workflows (from ideation and prototyping to deployment) Proven experience designing and implementing

data pipelines

and tooling for ML Experience deploying models and managing infrastructure in

AWS

or similar cloud platforms Based in

Experience with

RAG architecture

or other LLM design patterns Knowledge of
