We are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI, agentic AI workflows, and cloud technologies to develop innovative, production-ready solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop GenAI applications using RAG, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Build and deploy AI agents and multi-step workflows.
- Develop scalable solutions using Python, Azure, Databricks, and PySpark.
- Implement AI monitoring, governance, and guardrails.
- Build React interfaces and integrate APIs.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Data Science.
- 1+ year developing GenAI applications.
- Strong Python skills (OOP and production-ready code).
- Experience with RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, Azure, and Databricks.
- Experience with React, APIs, and GitHub.
- Advanced English C1 (mandatory).
- Availability for hybrid work in CDMX or Guadalajara.

Nice to Have

- Financial services or consulting experience.
- MLflow, fine-tuning, and Agentic SQL.
- Machine Learning (XGBoost, Random Forest).
- Databricks GenAI certification.
