We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The idóneo candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Conduct product/service presentations and explain benefits to clients.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.

- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.

- 4-7 years of sales experience

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles).
