Responsibilities

- Lead manufacturing and production operations, including personnel management and supervision.
- Ensure compliance with SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost) performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and manufacturing transfers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Manage production budgets, resources, and manufacturing capacity.
- Collaborate strategically with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Materials, and Maintenance teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a management role.




- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, electronic assembly, functional testing, and electronic product manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading large teams and developing talent.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency for communication with customers and international corporate teams.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and results-oriented mindset.
