CI Engineering Position for BU in AEMX – Support, execute and give follow up to the CI strategy. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Executes the requirements of CI Assessments Develops the current implementation plans for Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma. Apply Lean Mfg. techniques through CI events deployed at the BU. Assess the process & procedures, to identify waste, losses & improvement opportunities Coach teams to analyze problem & develop solutions Deploys techniques to balance process flow in the operation to optimize resources and efficiency Develops Visual Factory Management Participates and leads CI events & projects Keeps tracking of the projects & events actions, results & savings Responsible to maintain 5 S+1 in his workplace and be a trainer & coach to others Deploy 5 S+1 processes implementation,



improvements & follow up Supports in any activity related with the department or the company when is required.
