We are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI, agentic AI workflows, and cloud technologies to develop innovative, production-ready solutions for international clients. Key Responsibilities Develop Gen AI applications using RAG, Lang Chain, and Lang Graph. Build and deploy AI agents and multi-step workflows. Develop scalable solutions using Python, Azure, Databricks, and Py Spark. Implement AI monitoring, governance, and guardrails. Build React interfaces and integrate APIs. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Data Science. 1+ year developing Gen AI applications. Strong Python skills (OOP and production-ready code). Experience with RAG, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, Azure, and Databricks. Experience with React, APIs, and Git Hub. Advanced English C1 (mandatory). Availability for hybrid work in CDMX or Guadalajara. Nice to Have Financial services or consulting experience. MLflow, fine-tuning, and Agentic SQL. Machine Learning (XGBoost, Random Forest). Databricks Gen AI certification.
