WHAT YOU WILL DO: Analyze talent needs for support and operations areas in line with organizational plans and headcount forecasts Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and leadership roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding handoff Present recruiting analysis and metrics (time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, offer acceptance)
