Puratos in Mexico is seeking a Training & Development Manager to strengthen the sales force through office and field training. You will design and deliver Sales Academy programs, lead How to Sell and PSS initiatives, and drive digital tools adoption across the sales organization.
Idóneo candidates have 3–5 years in training management, strong English, and experience in a Food Industry or consumer goods environment, with MBA preferred.
