Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist at EALTERNA will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This temporary, remote role includes managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and ensuring brand consistency. The specialist will analyze web and campaign performance data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to increase reach, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, coordinating timelines, and staying current with digital marketing trends and platform best practices. Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong Digital Marketing knowledge, including familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content-driven strategies.




• Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in a remote environment, with strong time management, organization, and self-directed work habits.
• Proficiency with common digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., major social networks, ad managers, marketing automation tools).
• Prior experience in a digital marketing, social media, or online advertising role; agency or multi-client experience is an advantage.
• Relevant education or certifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
