You will handle voice, chat, chatbot-transferred, and ITSM contacts, restoring productivity quickly while minimizing handoffs. You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, identity, connectivity, and collaboration issues, aiming for high first-contact resolution and adhering to SLA targets.
