Description About the Role: We're looking for an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead and scale high-impact programs across the organization. Key job responsibilities Strategic Operations Leadership - Lead the design and execution of large-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies - Develop and execute integration strategies across cross-functional teams and operational workstreams - Design and implement scalable operational frameworks focusing on efficiency and cost optimization - Create and manage performance measurement systems to track program success and business impact Program Development & Execution - Own end-to-end strategy development and execution for complex,
