In addition, ContiTech serves the automotive, transportation, and rail industries. **Job Description** + Manage and resolve incidents and new user requests in the ticketing system. + Create reports. + Install and configure networked computers using the DS operating system image. + Install and configure networked computers using the SF operating system image. + Configure user profiles on DS computers. + Install, configure, and maintain software inventory. + Install and configure printers and scanners. + Manage the DHCP server (QIP). + Monitor and perform the necessary actions on security checkpoints for DS computers. + Execute and participate in local and corporate IT projects. + Create and update procedures, manuals, and work instructions. + Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Qualifications** + Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. + Basic knowledge of networking. + Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
