Uber Freight is seeking a Portfolio Account Coordinator to manage a client portfolio of about 160 monthly shipments. You will ensure daily execution, on-time pickups and proactive communication with customers, shippers, and internal teams.
You will monitor track & trace, provide weekly KPIs, and support onboarding and growth of new business within your assigned accounts, collaborating cross-functionally to raise service levels and efficiency.
