- Production support and technical assistance for plastic injection molding processes.
- Root cause analysis of molding defects and process issues, as well as implementation of corrective improvements.
- Setting and adjustment of molding parameters, including temperature, pressure, injection speed, and cooling time.
- Technical evaluation and cost estimation for new projects and new product launches.
- Review of materials, labor hours, equipment, and other required resources based on product drawings and specifications.
- Technical meetings and coordination with resin manufacturers and suppliers.
- Selection and evaluation of resin materials, as well as support for material changes.
- Support for prototype production and mass-production launches of new products.




- Problem-solving and process improvement in coordination with Quality, Manufacturing, and other related departments.
- Participation in technical meetings and handling of customer inquiries as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48.0 per week
