Process Technician

The Process Technician plays an essential role in the plastic injection molding process, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently to meet production goals. This position is responsible for equipment setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and ongoing process optimization. The Process Technician collaborates with engineering and production teams to implement improvements and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Process Technician Responsibilities:

- Assists in plant production and quality assurance while maintaining processes & maximizing machine performance, safety, and quality
- Efficient mold/machine set-ups
- Assist in mold changeovers and preventative maintenance, as required

Process Technician Requirements:





- Extensive knowledge of the molding process, molding equipment, molding materials and mold tooling
- Be able to read mold prints
- Be creative, organized self-starter that can work with little or no supervision
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work alone, or in a team environment with limited supervision
- Fluent in English
