Bilingual Sales & Operations Coordinator (English/Spanish)

About the Opportunity

A U.S.-focused financial services and marketing company is establishing operations in Puerto Vallarta and seeking an ambitious, bilingual professional to work directly with its founder.

The founder is an experienced entrepreneur who has built multiple businesses from startup to more than 150 employees.

This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, technology, customer interaction, and helping build a growing business.

Responsibilities

- Manage customer communications, sales inquiries, and follow-up.
- Assist with daily business operations and administrative coordination.
- Help implement and manage CRM, marketing, and communication systems.
- Coordinate with U.S.-based clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Work directly with the founder to establish and grow the Puerto Vallarta operation.

Qualifications

- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish (required).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales,



customer service, business operations, or related roles.
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers and business professionals.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, or financial services is a plus.
