Resolv General is hiring bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico.
You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, assist with insurance verification, and perform outreach campaigns while following scripts and documentation standards.The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, healthcare or scheduling experience, and a quiet home workspace.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, Pacific Time hours, and compensation is paid weekly in arrears.
