Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong functional expertise and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality processes. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration, production support, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules.
The candidate should be capable of analyzing business requirements, resolving functional issues, supporting new developments, and collaborating with ABAP developers to deliver effective SAP QM solutions.
Key Responsibilities Provide functional support and enhancements for SAP QM applications and business processes.




Configure SAP QM solutions to meet new business requirements, support new developments, and facilitate rollout projects.
Manage and maintain QM master data, quality notifications, inspection processes, defect recording, usage decisions, and QM cost management.
Support batch management and Dynamic Modification Rules (DMR), as applicable.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements, bug fixes, and issue resolution.
Perform functional testing, support integration testing, resolve defects, and validate system changes.
