Key Responsibilities Develop and design engaging, age-appropriate educational content for online delivery, including lesson plans, interactive activities, and digital resources.
Facilitate live and asynchronous online learning sessions for young children, adapting teaching methods for a virtual environment.
Provide constructive feedback and personalized support to students, fostering their learning and development.
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians via email, video calls, and the learning platform.
Collaborate with a team of curriculum developers, designers, and other educators to enhance the learning experience.
Monitor student progress and engagement, using digital tools to track development and identify areas for support.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in online education and early childhood development.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching young children in a traditional or online setting.
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, particularly for early learners.
Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle) and digital educational tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
Strong understanding of child development principles and how to apply them in a digital context.
