We are looking for a **Head of Finance, Mexico** to lead our Finance organisation and help shape its next stage of evolution.



This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who can combine **strategic business partnering, strong financial governance and a transformation mindset**. Working closely with senior business leaders, you will translate business ambition into sound financial strategy, actionable insights and disciplined execution. ## What you’ll do* Act as a strategic financial partner to senior leadership, turning financial data into clear commercial insights and decisions.* Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.* Ensure strong financial governance, statutory compliance, accounting, tax and internal controls.* Drive the evolution of Finance through **digitalisation, automation and advanced analytics**.* Simplify and strengthen core financial processes.* Use data, business intelligence and real-time reporting to improve decision-making.* Partner across the business and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.* Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing, forward-looking Finance team.## ## What you’ll bringYou are a **hands-on finance leader and trusted business partner**, equally comfortable challenging strategically and delivering operationally.



You will bring:* Significant progressive financial leadership experience.* Strong experience in finance transformation and/or systems evolution.* Experience working with **Mexican GAAP and IFRS**.* Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate complexity into clear business decisions.* Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments.* Excellent communication and change-management capabilities.* A recognised professional finance qualification.* Fluent **Spanish and English**, written and spoken. ## Why Ipsen?This is an opportunity to do more than manage Finance.
