Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design & Release Engineer specializing in HVAC Control Modules and Sensors . In this role, you will lead the design, development, validation, and release of advanced climate control components. You will act as the primary technical link between internal engineering teams (software, calibration, systems) and integral suppliers to ensure all functional, quality, and timing objectives are met from concept through production launch.

Key Responsibilities

Component Ownership: Lead the design, development, and engineering release of HVAC control modules, user interfaces, and environmental/system sensors.

Supplier & Program Management: Author technical source packages, engineering specifications, and functional requirements. Manage supplier deliverables to secure compliance with program milestones and vehicle launch timing.

Cross-Functional Integration:



Collaborate closely with HVAC Software, Calibration, and Systems Engineering teams to integrate hardware and software components seamlessly into the vehicle architecture.

Lifecycle & Change Management: Author and manage Engineering Change Notices (CN), maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), and oversee component packaging and integration.

Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis: Track, investigate, and drive the resolution of technical issues identified during development, pre-production prototype builds, and physical assembly plant launches.

Quality Assurance: Ensure robust designs by driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing corporate quality standards.
