Strategic Collections Manager We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Collections Manager to lead our early-stage collections operation. You’ll use data, effective strategies, and empathetic leadership to reduce delinquency and improve recovery.
Key responsibilities Develop collection strategies for different customer segments.
Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities.
Lead and coach a high-performing call center team.
Manage escalated cases while protecting customer relationships and our brand.
What you bring? Collections call center experience; leadership experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems, predictive dialers, and collection software.
Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations and ethical collection practices.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
