At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in immigration law and legal services, helping individuals in the United States navigate immigration processes, including work permits, work visas, and permanent residency applications.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptionally customer service, assist clients with inquiries, and follow up on immigration case updates.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.

Provide timely follow-ups regarding clients' immigration case status.

Direct clients to the appropriate department when necessary.

Maintain effective communication to ensure a positive customer experience.





Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Gross Salary: $16,000 MXN.
