Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced english.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in planning leadership roles within high-volume manufacturing, automotive, or metal-mechanical plants.
Cross-Functional Supply Chain Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on knowledge and operational exposure across Purchasing / Procurement, Warehousing / Inventory Operations, and Shop Floor Production Scheduling.
Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.




Strong background in managing materials profit & loss (P&L;) goals, shop scheduling, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning activities across the site.
Manages, controls, and directs the activities and staff involved in the distribution of inventory to the production line.
Drives planning management strategies.
Develop master production schedule (MPS) and load into SNM ERP system.
Manages, controls, and directs staff to achieve materials profit and loss goals.
Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods hold up performance and process procedures.
Interfaces with warehousing and purchasing to expedite problem parts.
In charge of the development and implementation of the company's production control functions incluiding Master
Scheduling, production planning coordination, shop scheduling and dispatching.
