As a Credit Management Analyst , you’ll play an important role in supporting healthy customer relationships and cash flow by managing receivables, credit risk, and overdue accounts.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve payment issues, assess creditworthiness, and help make informed credit decisions.
Your insights will also help identify root causes behind overdue balances and improve the way we work, while giving you opportunities to strengthen your credit management expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing Manage customer accounts and receivables by following up on open and overdue items to support timely payment and healthy cash flow.
Assess customer credit risk and analyze creditworthiness to support decisions on credit limits and the release of blocked orders.
Partner with customers, Sales, and Customer Service to investigate disputes and resolve discrepancies that affect collections.
Analyze overdue balances and aging trends to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and reduce recurring issues.
Maintain accurate credit and collection records while identifying opportunities to make credit management processes more efficient and effective.
What We're Looking For Experience in credit management, accounts receivable, collections, or a comparable finance role , with the ability to manage customer accounts and payment follow-up.
Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills , including confidence communicating with customers and collaborating across teams.
Sound analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills , particularly when evaluating credit risk or resolving account issues.
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office , including advanced Excel skills.
Fluent English , with strong verbal and written communication skills
