We are hiring Bilingual Sales Agents with strong job stability and proven call center sales experience to join a growing company in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities Handle Inbound sales calls for telecommunications products/services.
Achieve and exceed sales KPIs and conversion goals
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
commissions (earn more based on performance)
Two days off per week

Duration: 2 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Schedule Rotating or assigned shift within operational hours
Two guaranteed days off weekly
Requirements At least 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment
Experience handling calls while navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Strong communication and active listening skills
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Advanced English proficiency required
